Harrison Wyatt did a great job in assistance my wife and I with refinancing our Rocket Loan. The process started a bit shaky in that my PC died and I was unable to scan and send required documents for Harrison's use. However, his quick thinking suggested that I take pictures of those docs and send them via email using my cell phone. This process was totally new to me, I am techy challenged :) ....Harrison Wyatt did a great job in assistance my wife and I with refinancing our Rocket Loan. Everything Harrison said would happen did occur. However, if we were "surprised" by a step, Harrison was able to remedy it or provide a well thought explanation of what was needed. Harrison called me just a few months after our last refinance and I kinda blew him off since we had just refinanced but he was kind enough to explain that interest rates had dropped even more and that home values were still on the rise. I’m glad He reached out. His call is going to save us 3 years and thousands of dollars over the life of our loan.
