My husband and I cannot begin to explain how amazing Ashley was. We were shopping for a re-fi lender which meant we talked to several. The deciding factor for us was this: Ashley was very truthful, she NEVER once bashed the competitor, she kindly asked what their offer was and beat it! She simply didn't have the "hunter for the kill" attitude. The other lenders spent so much time bashing other ...My husband and I cannot begin to explain how amazing Ashley was. Ashley was quick at getting back, quick at getting info to us and overall just very kind and provided excellent customer service. She didn't spend time trying to convince us Rocket Mortgage was better, She demonstrated and proved it was better by her integrity, knowledge and overall care and concern for what we wanted our outcome to be.
