She was consistent, and in a world where customer service is less valued, her work ethic and value of customer shined in her work and personality. No matter the challenge, she was always professional, always positive, and even comical...a welcome relief when refinancing becomes a challenge. I was always taken care of, she was always my advocate. I once told her if she worked for tips, I would need a 2nd mortgage. And that is a fact. 5 stars isn't enough. Ashley was so good. She was prompt, friendly, and very competant. She had my cash out refi basically done in 3 hours on a Sunday morning. All paperwork as e-signed and I just had to wait for closing. She made this experience so easy! If you want a loan, call her!
