No matter the challenge, she was always professional, always positive, and even comical...a welcome relief when refinancing becomes a challenge. I was always taken care of, she was always my advocate. I once told her if she worked for tips, I would need a 2nd mortgage. And that is a fact. 5 stars isn't enough.
