It is an extremely complex series of steps which are very intrusive and intimidating to the individual who is not versed in the ritual and exercise of the craft. I have an advanced degree and I am intimidated by the circuitous ritual necessary in buying a house in today's market....Bailey is a good guy. He truly cares about the customer experience. When I closed the loan, the closer was surprised that we had finished the process so quickly. To me it felt like it took forever. He said that bank loans take much longer on average, and that I was fortunate to have completed the process so quickly. If it took any longer I may have given up and just rented.
