I think it was totally unfair to deny me a loan for 50,000 straight out without clearing my previously loan for 2.5 percentage, increasing the interesting rate by doubling it. Totally unfair, therefore for this alone I rate you a zero, You had me over the barrel..Period!!!

Bianka was our loan officer on a purchase of a home in Colorado Springs, CO for which we needed a jumbo loan. I am in the residential mortgage business but our company is not licensed in Colorado. Bianka is a superb loan officer. I wish we could hire her. She kept us fully informed and advocated for us to get a lender credit to reduce the discount points on the interest rate, even though ...Bianka was our loan officer on a purchase of a home in Colorado Springs, CO for which we needed a jumbo loan.
