Bill was amazing at helping me! I came in not sure what type of refinance I wanted (15y straight out, 15-30 with cash out...) but he walked me though the benefits of all the options. There is no better person to take you through the refinance/mortgage process. Bill has extreme attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Settling on a mortgage used to take a number of hours, even for a refinance. That same day we opened three new accounts with Bank of America and it took 2.5 hours.
