Bill was amazingly helpful, knowledgable and prompt throughout the re-financing process. I have not dealt with another mortgage banker who was even close to Bill in his professionalism and customer care. I would recommend him to anyone who needs something involving a mortgage and doesn't want to be harassed with constant questions and requests for more and more paperwork.
