He took the time to explain every detail. But working with Bill and Rocket Mortgage was amazing right up until the end. We settled in half an hour! That included signing 18 documents. Unreal! Settling on a mortgage used to take a number of hours, even for a refinance. That same day we opened three new accounts with Bank of America and it took 2.5 hours.
