Thank goodness for Bill during our whole refi process. Once we were moved on to the next department in the process things went rapidly downhill for us. However ,in desperation, a couple of times we reached back out to Bill-- and even though we had moved on from his initial contact with us-- he took the time to help us, look into what was going on, and keep us a bit sane. We are so grateful to him. Overall, although it all worked out after seemingly an endless amount of time-- I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.
