In the age of computers, internet and phones Bob Reed was personable and easy to work with. I was able to accomplish the entire process without stepping one foot into an office waiting room. I tried other traditional mortgage offices prior to calling Bob. I found the main stream mortgage offices to be inconvenient and unavailable. I was very nervous about using Rocket Mortgage and really any mortgage company online but I am glad I went ahead and did it. From my first online chat with Bob I felt he was very informative and helpful. The process was very easy and he walked me through it step by step.
