I tried a few times to renegotiate my mortgage with the previous holder and it was an obstacle course leading to no. Luckily for me my mortgage was sold to Rocket Mortgage. Rocket Mortgage alone was a huge step up. And luckily I was put in touch with Brandon Terry who after looking at my numbers told me it was possible to redo the mortgage. Brandon answered every question, gave me lots of reassurance, and even in the middle of moving himself to a new house while it was snowing answered my emails pretty promptly.
