I would no longer be a customer of Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage if it werent for Branden! The initial experience we had in refinancing our home wasnt good. He stepped in, and essentially wouldn't let me off the phone until we got back on track, and also that we were satisfied with the process moving forward. he then stayed ON IT! Branden my contact person for my loan refinance was very very helpful in my loan refinance.
He was courteous , though there were times I was emotionally stressed in the process. He took the time to analyze my needs and wants in a new loan. He sent emails of the potential loan proposals, so that I could see the details as he explained them.
