I have used Rocket Mortgage now for 4 times and each time is a very good experience. even when things go wrong which they often do, Rocket Mortgage and the team, in this case Brett was handling my loan, go to the bat for their clients and find a way to make it work. Brett performed above and beyond what we expected. Our loan was made more difficult with the government shutdown as we needed some paperwork from the government. Brett hung in there and made the whole process seamless and transparent enabling us to close the loan without any issues.
