I was reticent to begin the refi process after originally answering an internet ad. Having refinanced somewhat recently in the past (3 yrs previous), I was well aware of the hassle the process can be. Brett assured me that this would be no hassle, and he wouldn't keep coming back to me asking for more documents to be uploaded. He was true to his word. I was able to re-finance by uploading just one or two documents. No in-home inspection, no appraisal, no hassle. Just confirmed salary and he took care of the rest. The interest rate we got was ridiculously low, and in the end will save a bunch of money.
