Brian was extremely helpful and responsive. After starting with Rocket Mortgage, we actually turned to Citibank because they were offering a 3/8% better rate. That rate favorability soon became only 1/4%, the loan amount was screwed up and then they increased origination fee. If that was not bad enough, then the red tape and technology limitations that is any mortgage company other than Rocket ...Brian was extremely helpful and responsive.
