Brock is very good at what he does, if you had a problem he would help you and would call you back after it was done, unheard of in a NO customer Service world of today. Even after a new person was assigned to you, if I had a problem I would still call Brock and he would take care of it or walk me through it. I would be more then happy to deal with him again.
