I have spent much of the past week calling various banks and mortgage companies to find the best rate available. This is also the 3rd time we have refinanced our home in the past 10 years. In all of my experiences with the mortgage industry, I found Bruce to be a flawless professional. He showed in-depth knowledge about Rocket Mortgage processes and the VA Interest Rate Reduction Loan structure. He was able to answer nearly all of my questions immediately on the phone. What I found to be most reassuring was that he was not afraid to tell me when he didn’t know a definitive answer and that he was going to look it up or ask someone. This immediately built rapport between the two of us and made me feel very comfortable that I was getting honest information. Bruce has an absolute knack for communicating with people.
