We had been preparing for some upgrades to our home and knew we would need to use some of our equilty to do so. But when Candice reached out to us we really didn't think we were ready. I was looking for a home equity loan. Candice wanted to sell me a mortgage at a much higher interest rate. I was not interested in redoing my mortgage. I just wanted to apply for a home equity. She did not listen to what I wanted. She was to busy trying to get me to get a Mortgage.
