He was in constant communication by phone and email, not only answering every question, but seeing how we were doing just about every day during the process. The whole process was super easy and streamlined. If you hate paperwork, then Rocket is the way to go. Everything is easy to upload and verify online.... You can access all your documents at any time and know that everything is where it needs to be and you're not waiting for someone to find your pile of papers on a fax somewhere at the end of the hall. Super efficient. Plus any associates of his from other departments can access all your docs in the same place.Everything worked out, my closing was on schedule , and I probably could have closed earlier if I hadn't had to wait for the seller to vacate.
