Everything he promised came true, including the closing date and how quickly it could be done. When we found out that Cass was only 23 years old, we were truly amazed. I was more than a year away from needing to refi a balloon payment when I got put together with Cass. I contacted him (on a weekend) assuming I would be 2 minutes or so on the phone. He instead spent a couple of hours walking me through every option. I was able to send him pictures of any documents he needed and I was off and running. The full process took around a month. There was never a time I was confused or didn't understand what was happening. I had several people working on my loan. Every person I spoke with was able to quickly answer my question or explain what the next step was. It was a great piece of mind to know if there were any problems, Cass was right there to step in.
I am not an easy person to impress. I expect people to be good at the career they chose, but in this case, good doesn't describe Cass. I am happy to rate Cass a full five star excellent rating.
