We were very skepitcal of refinancing, until one day my fiance, decided to answer a questionnaire online with Rocket Mortgage, much to his supprise the phone rang, it was a real person on the other end of the phone, and his name was Cass Strzynski. Cass made us feel as if we were family from the beginning. There was no pressure at all to refinace ,but he wanted to do, what we wanted to do, and that ,was to see if we could drop our Percentage rate. The same day, same call Cass did what we didn't think could be done, and he did it within min of a brief conversation about lowering our percentage rate he cut our percentage rate more than half, and the rate was a fixed rate 2.75 at that time. We feel very fortunate to have found Cass, through Rocket Mortgage, and I hope that this message will help someone that might be thinking about refinancing to consider Rocket Mortgage and ask to Cass. Cass was with us all the way even to the end. He will be there even after financing ,for questions.
