During our first conversation, which lasted for about an hour, he assured me that he would do what was right for my family. Well, one thing led to another and we quickly, i mean very quickly, got the necessary paperwork signed, provided all the necessary documents and am proud to say that we are closing on our refinance of our mortgage in two days. The entire process from start to end has been only 21 days.

Cass has saved me 4 years on my current mortgage which equates to $140,000, lowered my interest rate, eliminated PMI, and at closing, I will have a few thousand dollars to put into my savings account. This is a win, win, win, win situation.

During the past 21 days, I spoke to Cass a bunch of times and he is always courteous and caring asking how my family is. Sometimes we talked about traveling and football in addition to his persistence to help us close on our refinance as quickly as possible.
