With tongue in cheek and my usual skeptical and wary nature, Cass broke through all of the doubt and cynicism I had about refinancing and led me through the decision I needed to make by first and foremost, asking me about MY needs and why I was interested in refinancing so he could cater to me and make me an offer that specifically met my needs and left me without a doubt at the end of this very smooth and easy process, that I made the right decision from beginning to end.
