Cass was truly interested in our(my wife and I) goals and it was clear he wanted to help. I honestly thought that he would really push us into something that would only be marginally beneficial. That is what these telephone sales people do...right?
To my surprise and delight Cass said that he felt like we are in the best position possible and that he recommended we stay the course.
