What an awesome and attentive man. My first mortgage and it couldnt have gone smoother. If anyone else is setting up your loan your not getting the best. The entire staff at Rocket Mortgage is always on top of things and you are their number one concern. They have excellent intrest rates and top notch communication.

He answered all my questions. We started the application process over the phone and by the end of the call, I was approved and the approval letter was emailed to me. I felt very comfortable speaking with him. By the end of our conversation, I informed Cass that not only was I looking to purchase my first home but my daughter was about to start the process also. So, of course, I had her call Cass. Cass got her approved and she closed on her townhouse at the end of June 2017.
Cass and the Rocket Mortgage team are the best. I will be closing on my home this week. Cass and the team have been there all the way. I will refer everyone to Cass and the Rocket Mortgage team. Thank you, Cass and the Rocket Mortgage team.

We had contacted our bank for a cash out refinance to find out they couldn't help with the amount of money that we needed to consolidate our home improvement debt. I searched google for "cash out refinance" Rocket Mortgage came up.
