I don't know enough words to describe Cass. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and awesome to work with all seem to fall short. We were faced with the prospect of possible having to sell our home of more than 30 years as a result of effecting repairs after Superstorm Sandy severely impacted it in 2012. Although we were properly insured to make the initial repairs we were forced to elevate it ...I don't know enough words to describe Cass. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and awesome to work with all seem to fall short. We were faced with the prospect of possible having to sell our home of more than 30 years as a result of effecting repairs after Superstorm Sandy severely impacted it in 2012. Although we were properly insured to make the initial repairs we were forced to elevate it well above the revised flood levels. This was an expensive and very time consuming, unpleasant experience to say the least. It required substantial withdrawals from our life savings and use of credit cards to facilitate and complete the project. We were struggling to make ends meet to say the least and considered a reverse mortgage, or selling outright. I took a shot at refinancing and was contacted by a number of companies including Cass from Rocket Mortgage. I was impressed right from the start by his personality, willingness to listen, and understanding of our situation. He promised to work with us to find a way to help us consolidate our debt lower our mortgage payment and get us back on our feet. That was a promise that he never failed to keep!! He and his team worked relentlessly to come up with the best possible solution and I'm thrilled to say that it has put us back on our feet and we will be able to remain in our home with an affordable mortgage, no credit card debt, and extra funds monthly providing us with a much needed comfort level.

Suffice to say that if it hadn't been for Cass's expertise, and patience and willingness to listen and provide us with solutions we may have been packing our bags and leaving the home we have loved for so many years.

I've started gathering information about different companies to show my husband, that way he'll have choices and he'll choose what would be best for us.
After showing him the numbers of 6 different companies, he didn't choose Rocket Mortgage, I've called Cass to let him know of his decision . Cass said let me talk to him, my husband felt so comfortable with him, he change his mind and went with ...I've started gathering information about different companies to show my husband, that way he'll have choices and he'll choose what would be best for us.

He is so helpful, and understanding, he was also there to answer whatever questions we had about our loan.
I know he is doing his job, but He is passionate about what he does , and he loves doing it, that's what was different from the other companies a gather information from.
We are just about to close (07-14-2016) , and we are excited about how fast the process was.
My boss recommended Rocket Mortgage, My good luck was having Cass answering my call .

I didn't really know what expect from the process of refinancing. With Cass it was legitimately the easiest financial process I've ever been through. He was extremely professional and polite and straight up made the refinance ridiculously simple and easy. I'd give him 6 out of 5 stars if I could.

When I called Rocket Mortgage I didn't know what to expect. Right away I was connected to to Cass - my Morgage Banker. He was very polite and very informative. He made me feel at ease about the process. After talking, we made an appointment for him to call me back after I had gathered my documents so he could the process and get started on my refinance package. I was amazed at how smoothly things ...When I called Rocket Mortgage I didn't know what to expect. Right away I was connected to to Cass - my Morgage Banker. He was very polite and very informative. I was amazed at how smoothly things went. He explained things throughout the entire process. It covered just as much paperwork as the purchase of my home, it was just a more relaxed atmosphere. I was then introduced to Kelly King - my Client Care Specialist. She was very helpful as well. She walked me through the necessary paperwork and why I needed to submit them. Even though I was working with Kelly Cass continued to call to let me know how things were going and to see if I had any questions.
Then I was told that an appraiser would come out to assess my home. Ralph Tisa of Tisa Appraisers was scheduled to come do the appraisal. He called, introduced himself and confirmed the date and time he was to come. He came, was very polite and explained things every step of the way.
Next was my Closing Care Representative - Ronya Mallard. She called me and reviewed the closing documents and the figures on the mortgage for refinancing. She was very thorough.
Then on 6/10/16 a closing agent came to my home and reviewed all the paperwork, had me sign them and told me that my loan would fund on 6/15/16. Everyone went out of their way to make this a painless process and continued to put my mind at ease.
Throughout this entire process, Cass kept checking in with me even after it funded, he asked if I had any questions. I was very amazed when he called on Sunday afternoon 6/19/16 to see if there were any issues because he saw that I had logged onto my Rocket Mortgage. That was so very thoughtful of him. Cass and his team of professionals made my refinance go very smoothly and I will refer others to Cass and Rocket Mortgage
