Cass was awesome! He explained everything to us, sometimes more than once. Buying your first home is a stressful but exciting adventure on the road of life. For me much more stressful then most I believe. Cass was the first banker we spoke to. From the very first conversation Cass was very easy to talk to and really seemed to care about our needs. In the end we choose to use Rocket Mortgage because Cass made us feel that he would have our best interests in mind. So you could say Cass as a banker put Rocket Mortgage above the rest.

For us buying a house was like walking blind folded with no hands. Cass was the bright flash light showing us what was going on, as he explained the ins and outs of our loan to us. Cass gave us hope when we thought all hope was lost. Our identity was stolen during the house hunting process causing our credit score to plummet. We were sure that Rocket Mortgage would back out on our loan. However Cass was very kind and understanding with our situation. He waited for the bank to work out the issues and for our credit score to come back up. Then we were finally at closing and our seller was flooded out of her home due to hurricane Harvey and unable to get her paper work in, missing our proposed closing date causing Cass to have to re run our credit. He not only got us a better interest rate but also was able to get us a 25 year loan instead of the 30 year, saving us more the 30,000.00.

All in all Cass was always going the extra mile to help us get our loan closed. He spoke to my realtor, the seller’s realtor and really anyone he thought would help us get what we needed. The whole Rocket Mortgage team was truly epic! Gigi Harris even spoke to our bank to help us get the correct paper work we needed for closing. When we buy a house in the future I will be using Rocket Mortgage.

My mortgage refinance journey began several months ago, when I applied with my current mortgage holder only to be turned down. That’s when I applied on-line with Rocket. They also turned me down. Several days later, I got a call from Cass who said he had looked at my application and saw some things we could work on. He assigned Kris Harris to work with me to repair my credit score. They also turned me down. Several days later, I got a call from Cass who said he had looked at my application and saw some things we could work on. He assigned Kris Harris to work with me to repair my credit score. We were able to get some erroneous things removed from all three credit bureaus and got my score to where it needed to be. Cass stayed in touch with me the entire time. We started uploading necessary documents to Rocket’s customer portal. The system notified me when tasks were needed and completed. Other resources were assigned to me, like an appraiser and title company. Once the loan was approved, I was able to choose the date, time and location of the closing. A notary who worked for Rocket came to my house and I signed or e-signed all the documents. Five days later, the proceeds of the refinance appeared in my bank account. This was the easiest and most pleasant banking experience of my life. I credit Cass for making it happen. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, but most importantly, friendly and engaged. I'm not the type of person to do reviews normally. With that said I completely understand why Cass is a Triple Crown Recipient. He went above and beyond from the first time he reached out to me. I had been working with another person and that person was the complete opposite of Cass. He was tasked to seeing why my husband and I just cold stopped our refi.
