I am writing this review to thank Cass Strzynski and the awesome staff at Rocket Mortgage for our cash out refinance on our mortgage.

We had contacted our bank for a cash out refinance to find out they couldn't help with the amount of money that we needed to consolidate our home improvement debt. I searched google for "cash out refinance" Rocket Mortgage came up. We had contacted our bank for a cash out refinance to find out they couldn't help with the amount of money that we needed to consolidate our home improvement debt. I searched google for "cash out refinance" Rocket Mortgage came up. Entered my info and as soon as I hit submit Cass was calling my phone to see how he could help me and my family. The whole process has been very smooth. Cass and the all of the staff that i have dealt with has been nothing but helpful and professional.

I have had an excellent experience with the refinance through this company I would highly recommend Rocket Mortgage and Cass Strzynski for anyone who needs a home loan.

I subsequently reached out to CASS when I decided to buy a new home. Cass started the process and unfortunately I let a local lender persuade me to do business with them. BIG MISTAKE!! Cass informed me the local lender wasn't being transparent in the process and CASS was 100% correct. I ended up dropping the local lender and sticking with CASS and Rocket. THE BEST DECISION I COULD HAVE EVER MADE. Cass is not a lender but a FRIEND who cares about his clients and takes the time out to lay out WORST CASE SENERIOS and BEST CASE SENERIOS. You NEVER are surprised by anything dealing with CASS he let's you know UP FRONT what he can and can not do!!! I respect his passion for helping people and HE is the ONLY mortgage lender I will ever work with in the future. The entire team at Rocket is phenomenal!!
