Cass was great. It was very easy to go thru all paperwork, fill out all necessary docs and forms, very helpful thru ought short process. From application to close less than 10 days! On line remote closing had a few hick ups with feed back but got thru it in under 15 minutes.

I cannot recommend Cass enough. We had started our refinance journey with three of the major lenders. All promising the best rates and the quickest close. After one of them running a hard check when they had promised us it would only be a soft inquiry, I was really starting to get frustrated.
