I was looking into this to take advantage of the great interest rates. Waiting a year would have defeated the purpose. Thanks to Cass and Rocket Mortgage I have a loan at a great rate! The communication throughout the process was excellent and their web site made it very easy to provide documents they needed as well as to observe the status of the process. I'm not sure how much sleep he gets as it was not uncommon for him to give you a call at 8 PM! The only caution I have to Rocket Mortgage is that folks in the South talk pretty slow! I was able to keep up with their staff as I have Yankee parents! But some of the southerners may require them to talk a little slower! Happy New Year! He was courteous, professional, and honest. In the end, we agreed that given my current goals and the length of time I plan to stay in my home, status quo was the best option for me. Cass never pressed for the "sale" because he's all about caring for the customer's best interest, rather than his commission check. We were very skepitcal of refinancing, until one day my fiance, decided to answer a questionnaire online with Rocket Mortgage, much to his supprise the phone rang, it was a real person on the other end of the phone, and his name was Cass Strzynski. Cass made us feel as if we were family from the beginning. There was no pressure at all to refinace ,but he wanted to do, what we wanted to do, and ...We were very skepitcal of refinancing, until one day my fiance, decided to answer a questionnaire online with Rocket Mortgage, much to his supprise the phone rang, it was a real person on the other end of the phone, and his name was Cass Strzynski. Cass made us feel as if we were family from the beginning. There was no pressure at all to refinace ,but he wanted to do, what we wanted to do, and that ,was to see if we could drop our Percentage rate. The same day, same call Cass did what we didn't think could be done, and he did it within min of a brief conversation about lowering our percentage rate he cut our percentage rate more than half, and the rate was a fixed rate 2.75 at that time. We feel very fortunate to have found Cass, through Rocket Mortgage, and I hope that this message will help someone that might be thinking about refinancing to consider Rocket Mortgage and ask to Cass. Cass was with us all the way even to the end. He will be there even after financing ,for questions.
