I received a flyer in the mail from Rocket Mortgage!! I sat down with my financial planner (my mom) and we made the call. Cass was the agent to pick up the line and I am so happy he did. He went through everything step by step and had me closing on a new loan within weeks. I know have a lower interest rate and a lower monthly payment. Cass has constantly followed up with us to ask if we were OK with everything and if we had any questions. We were pleasantly surprised by the attention Cass gave to us showing that he was on top of our re-finance process.
I am very glad that I was able to find such a knowledgeable person such as Cass. He is very, very customer driven. He makes sure that all the information is there for you and always available - at any time- to talk with you by phone. I cannot say enough as to how impressed we are with Cass.
