Chad assured me that he could accomplish refinancing and save me money in less than 1 month and he did!!! The entire process was easy to follow and all at times Chad and his associates were very professional.
I asked a lot of questions as I am not a business person. ( I'm a retired nurse) At no time did I feel my questions were a nuisance but rather they were well received and explained in a manner I could understand.
