There was initial contact with Charlene through submitting our refi application. After that, there was a significant delay in communications about our status of our refi loan. In addition, we were left in the dark about our closing date until the last day of our "interest lock" extension.The whole process was started on July 9, 2020 and ended on September 23, 2020.
