Charlie was good getting me to sign up for this but after I stated I would he never called really to answer my questions. He was always in a meeting and then pushed me off on another person to talk to after the fact. I feel like customer service was lacking after first talk to get me to refinance it was all over he didn't stay in contact fir questions always in a meeting or never called me back ...Charlie was good getting me to sign up for this but after I stated I would he never called really to answer my questions.
