I have worked with Chris three times now in preparing "non-slam-dunk", but successful, mortgage loans and have been impressed each time. He works hard, returns phone calls (often "after hours") and finds a path for ethical and proper success, even where others have faltered. Just for the record, I no longer use my regular bank, with which I have a 20+ year successful mortgage history, because Chris Fredericks at Rocket Mortgage is far superior in both service and in successful outcomes. Thanks, Chris! You've set a new high standard for me :-)
