Chris is truly my hero. After trying to refi since 2011, Chris went the extra mile and found out I qualified for a VA loan with my Naval Reservist status. He is the only loan officer that bothered to look into it even though several others knew I was in the military. This enabled me to qualify for a refi with my income to debt ratio. I paid all my debts and now I can live a normal life without worrying each month about my bills and working 70 hour work weeks to make ends meet. I even have a savings for emergencies now.
