CJ was great to work with for getting my refinance done. I had a difficult scenario, but CJ and the Rocket Mortgage team made it happen. CJ was very accessible and responsive. The online process was quick and easy. I was even able to sign my docs while on vacation in Hawaii without any issues or delays. I doubt if your local bank or credit union can do that.
