So when I was ready to purchase a new loan plan Cody was there ready to prepare my loan and close by 2 or 3 weeks. It was the easiest home Loan Mortgage I had ever done. In my life time I have bought 7 homes. In my life time I have bought 7 homes. Cody pulled all my prior information that had not changed, and provided me with additional documents he was going to need to get me qualified. Cody pulled me from another lender I was working with. And did everything he said he was going to do to satisfy my loan. On July 26, 2024 I was closing on my loan. Fortunately some new developments have occurred in my life I'm hoping to pay my loan off in the not so distant future about another 2 months and my loans first payment was due September 1, 2024. So I will be talking with Cody very soon too help me to close out this loan.
