I cannot thank Craig and Rocket Mortgage enough! After attempting the refinance process with my bank, I eventually gave up because the lack of communication and the traditional process was beyond frustrating. Craig gets it, the process has been smooth, quick, and makes the loan process work on my time and not necessarily what's convenient for them.
