I approached Rocket Mortgage with a fair amount of skepticism as I already had a loan lined up with another lender. All I was after was a comparison of lenders. Craig found me a better deal (saving me about $54,000 over the life of the loan) with a better rate AND found a problem with a gift I was being given - whereas the other lender missed that detail for two weeks until all paperwork was ...I approached Rocket Mortgage with a fair amount of skepticism as I already had a loan lined up with another lender. All I was after was a comparison of lenders. Craig found me a better deal (saving me about $54,000 over the life of the loan) with a better rate AND found a problem with a gift I was being given - whereas the other lender missed that detail for two weeks until all paperwork was completed for the gift. Craig helped us head that problem off at the pass, was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful about the entire process, and timely with responses to questions.

Craig made the process for this first time buyer relatively painless with minimal stress (c'mon, he can't work miracles - buying a house will be stressful and painful).
