My first interaction with Crystal was via text on the Rocket Mortgage website. I knew almost immediately that I had found a real gem in Crystal. She was courteous, responsive, and very reassuring. The mortgage process was scary for me, and I was so relieved knowing I had Crystal and her team guiding me. She responded to all my questions right away, which really helped with my anxiety.
