He helped me with every question, no question was too much for him, it didn’t matter how many times I contacted him with questions, even if it was to answer the same question he was just as kind and respectful. The entire process was easy, expedient, Damon always responded quickly and professionally, no matter how many times I “bugged” him. Damon always made me feel important and I never felt that I was being a bother to him. You have a wonderful employee in Damon andnext time I refi or if I buy another home I will definitely use rocket mortgage however, I hope Damon is still with you as I would be very disappointed if I had to deal with someone else! If I could give Damon 10 stars I would! You have a star employee in Damon and I hope you know that!

Damon was not as transparent during the loan process - things said in the beginning never came to fruition, like having our initial appraisal being refunded at closing. Damon was not as transparent during the loan process - things said in the beginning never came to fruition, like having our initial appraisal being refunded at closing. He was quite impatient with our questions about certain unexplained charges and shifting numbers. The lender made a mistake which added additional fees on the refinance and Damon did nothing to help, even after calling him. In our limited correspondence by text, he simply stopped responding when an issue or question arose. If you don't believe me, I provide a link with screenshots below.
