Damon is a great salesman and the other reviews I saw on him looked amazing. I do love Rocket Mortgage's app that makes submitting monitoring status of the loan very easy.
Damon was not as transparent during the loan process - things said in the beginning never came to fruition, like having our initial appraisal being refunded at closing. He was quite impatient with our questions about certain unexplained charges and shifting numbers. The lender made a mistake which added additional fees on the refinance and Damon did nothing to help, even after calling him. In our limited correspondence by text, he simply stopped responding when an issue or question arose. If you don't believe me, I provide a link with screenshots below.
