Honestly, I was already in the process of obtaining a loan from another online mortgage representative. I really wasn't interested in hearing from another mortgage company... and then I talked to Dan. Without telling him any details on what this other company was offering, he came back with numbers that were so good I literally stopped him in mid-sentence and said, "sign me on, I'm switching over ...Honestly, I was already in the process of obtaining a loan from another online mortgage representative.
