Mr. Blade was eager to help, knowledgeable about products, communicative and patient with a client who would rather exercise too much caution and communication than too little. A common trait of a retiree of 61 years. Mr. Blade sweated the details of pushing through the closing in as short a time as possible. This enabled me to have a very short period of time between vacating my current home and moving into my new home.
