Danny is very experienced, and he emphasized the positives of the options he presented. This was a refi, caused by not getting a good rate, not getting a good appraisal, and having to pay PMI, on my last loan with Rocket Mortgage. Danny understood my priorities, and came up with a good package we’re happier with. We got a shorter term, lower rate, and no PMI. Same payment, though.
