Honestly one of the smoothest processes. Was our first time not using our bank and doing everything in person. Dardan was up front and very knowledgeable about what we needed to do to get credit in the place for refinance and he was right. It all worked out and within 30 days we were closing on home refinance with just little over 1.5 % less than we currently had saving us couple hundred a month ...Honestly one of the smoothest processes.
