Dardan took us through the whole process from application (on the July 4th weekend) to the closing 25 days later with no drama. I had waited to apply to be sure that we had all the paperwork I thought we would need accessible, and Rocket Mortgage did everything electronically. It was much easier than I thought it would be. This was our first mortgage that didn't go through my husband's employer - GMAC always made the process easy because we were part of the GM family and the mortgage application often went with a move. But it was just as easy with Rocket Mortgage. I'm guessing we won't be needing another mortgage as we are retired, but if we do, I'll be calling Rocket Mortgage.
