This is the second time we have used Darr, once on our initial refinance and then again on refinancing when the interest rates dropped. Although we had been watching interest rates Darr contacted us about the drop and we initiated the refinance. Together we saved 2.25% on interest and cut the mortgage to a 15 from a 30 yr mortgage. We couldn't ask for much better than that.
